NABU LEAKED INFORMATION TO THE US EMBASSY, LUTSENKO CLAIMS

Yuriy Lutsenko, ex-Prosecutor General, claims that Marie Yovanovitch, former US ambassador to Ukraine tried to control the Ukrainian law enforcement system.

According to Mr. Lutsenko, the US embassy attempted to establish total control over the Ukrainian law enforcement system, "DS" reports citing "Украинська правда".

"She (Marie Yovanovitch - "DS") tried to control the law enforcement system of Ukraine. In the framework of the official SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) case, according to the decision provided by the Ukrainian court, we found that the NABU (National Anticorruption Agency)  officials officially leaked the procedural documentation to the American embassy. They fed suspicion notices to them, (leaked) information about investigative actions, certificates of criminal proceedings, including Burisma," Lutsenko said. "My position is that the embassy wanted to control the GPU in the same way it controlled the the NABU "s activities".

Besides, Mr. Lutsenko claimes that Ambassador Jovanovic lied while testifying in Congress on the impeachment of President Donald Trump.
