Friday the 13th: It became known when the court of Rivne will examine Sytnyk's appeal

Court of Appeal of Rivne Oblast on December 13 will examine the complaint of Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau Artem Sytnyk against the decision of the Sarnenskyi Court of Rivne region. In that decision, he was found guilty of an administrative violation while spending holidays in the Rivne region and imposed a fine of UAH 3 400. This was reported to Ukrainian News by his lawyer, Vladislav Kich, informs DS.

"The complaint is scheduled for the 13th, Friday," he said. According to him, the meeting will start at 10:00.

He is confident that the defense will prove Sytnik's innocence and win the case.

The court found Sytnik guilty of an administrative violation while spending holidays in the Rivne region and imposed a fine of UAH 3.4 thousand.
